Resolution Steps
- E-Transaction Center Fees are separate fees for processing online payments, billed twice a month, and can be found in the signed copy of the customer's contract. These apply when a boater signs a reservation contract online or pays an invoice via the "Pay Online Now" button in Molo emails.
- Currently, there is no report showing how E-Transaction Center Fees are calculated, but customers can view the Molo Online Payment transactions used for the calculation through the Invoice Detail Report.
- Open Molo and on the left menu, click Reports.
- Click on Invoicing and Payments > Invoice Detail.
- Select a Start and End Date, then click Run Report.
- Search for line items that say "Molo Online".
