Resolution Steps

Molo can be set up to allow the customer to choose a space from a dropdown menu or automatically assign spaces.

 

Allow Customers to Choose a Space

 

  1. On the left menu, navigate to Marina Settings > Space Settings > Online Booking Space Offers.
  2. Click on a Space Offer.
  3. Scroll down to the Space Selection section.
    • Show List of Spaces: Enable (this activates the dropdown menu)
    • Require Space Selection: Enable
  4. The changes are auto-saved.

Note: The booking page will appear like below:

 

Automatically Assign Spaces

  1. Follow steps 1-2.
  2. On step 3, disable both Show List of Spaces and Require Space Selection.
  3. The changes are auto-saved.
