Problem Description

• "Finance charges are being applied to invoices that are not yet past due."
• "The Add Finance Charges date is based on the invoice date, but our due dates are 30 days later — how do we charge only truly overdue invoices?"
• "How do I make sure finance charges only apply to invoices where the due date has passed?"

Resolution Steps

Yes, Molo can be set to pull outstanding invoices using the Due Date instead of Invoice Dates.  Contact Support at MarineSupport@Storable.com to get it enabled.
