Make sure you're using the exact email address your marina used to set up your portal account.

  • Check for typos.

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email.

  • If you have multiple email addresses, try the one you normally use to communicate with the marina.


? Check Your Password

Passwords are case-sensitive.

  • Make sure Caps Lock is turned off.

  • If you’re copying and pasting your password, try typing it manually in case a space was accidentally added.

  • If you’re unsure of your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it.


Not Receiving the Password Reset Email?

If you requested a password reset but didn’t receive an email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Look in your Promotions or Other tabs (for Gmail or Outlook users).

  • Search your inbox for the marina name or “password reset.”

  • Wait a few minutes — sometimes emails can be delayed.

If you still don’t receive anything, you may not be using the correct email address associated with your account.


?Is the Reset Link Not Working?

Reset links can expire.

  • Make sure you’re clicking the most recent reset email.

  • If the link has expired, simply request a new password reset.


? Try a Quick Browser Fix

If you’re still having trouble:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).

  • Open a private/incognito window.

  • Try logging in from a different device.

  • Your marina has activated your portal account.

  • You received your original welcome/setup email.

  • Check by clicking ‘Forgot Password’, to receive reset password link to respective email.

If not, your marina may need to resend your account invitation.
